Dubai Creek Harbour (DCH)

Nestled on the Dubai Creek’s edge, Dubai Creek Harbour is a waterfront community presenting a blend of amenities like sea-facing mixed-use spaces, lavish resorts, a marina, retail hubs, and entertainment venues. Emaar Properties brought this vision to life. Initially named “Lagoons,” the project was launched by Sama Developments in 2006 but was halted in 2009 due to financial challenges. Spanning 70 million sq. ft. and valued at USD 18 billion, it was eventually revitalized by Emaar in 2013, with the Dubai Twin Towers and Dubai Creek Residences. The Twin Towers were later replaced by a single tower in 2016.

Designed by Santiago Calatrava, the Dubai Creek Tower is set to be the nucleus of the area, surpassing the Burj Khalifa in height. Dubai Creek Harbour boasts sustainability and connectivity, with distinct yet interconnected zones such as Creek Beach, Dubai Square, and The Island District. These areas feature upscale apartments including Creek Palace, VIDA Residence Creek Beach, The Grand, and The Cove.
